The following information applies to members of the Armed Forces or their families:

1. For service members assigned to commands aboard Naval Station Mayport, NAS Jacksonville or Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, please call toll-free 877.272.7337.

2. All others calling from within our 10-county area of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, please call 904.358.8091, or toll-free at 888.843.5748.

Emergency calls will be routed to on-duty emergency caseworkers. Non-emergency calls will returned the next business day.
